Medical Education Manager

The Medical Education Manager will lead the development and execution of sales training, medical education, and key opinion leader engagement strategies for healthcare professionals, sales teams, and distributor partners in APAC.

You will design and deliver engaging live and virtual training, support procedures to maintain deep clinical expertise, and create high-quality education strategies that elevate physician confidence in advanced interventional devices.

Cross-functionally collaborating with marketing, R&D, and sales teams, you will craft compelling content, foster strong speaker relationships, and measure success through meaningful key performance indicators.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy, development, and execution of sales training, medical education, and key opinion leader engagement.
  • Design and deliver engaging live and virtual training and support procedures to maintain clinical expertise.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, R&D, and sales teams to craft content and measure success through key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, sales training, or medical education, preferably in medical devices.
  • Proven experience leading multi-country programs in APAC.
  • Strong capabilities in reading and substantiating white papers and clinical trials.
  • Strong clinical experience with surgical medical device procedures, ideally Neurology or Cardiology.
  • Multi-lingual skills in any APAC languages a strong plus.
  • Ability to thrive in an agile, high-impact environment.
  • Strong influencing, project management, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
