Four Seasons Durians is a homegrown F&B family business with a history of 20 years. We specialise in durian pastries such as durian puffs, durian cakes, durian mochis and just about every durian product under the sun.

As a Sales Assistant a typical day of responsibilities might include the following:

- Serves customers by helping them select and recommend products.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responds to customers’ questions.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Documents sales.
- Manages financial transactions through POS system.
- Processes payments by totalling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
- Alerts management of potential security issues.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Assist with opening and closing of the retail outlet.
- Ordering products for outlet

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in written English
- Fluent in Chinese OR Melayu
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand during shift

**Working Hours**
- 5-day work week

**Additional information**
- Salary ranges from $2100 - $2500 dependant on experience
- Outlets located at Century Square (Tampines), Serangoon Nex & Ang Mo Kio Hub, applicants residing nearby a plus.
