Content & Marketing Executive

Conceptualise, develop and produce marketing content for use across social media channels (eg. FB, IG, Telegram, Twitter and any other newly identified social media channels) and other digital platforms including company website
- Brainstorming and collaborating with the content and marketing teams, and to amplify key marketing messages via social media and/or other channels
- Design and drive strategic content marketing initiatives such as content planning, development and optimization across different online and social media channels and digital touch-points
- Visual asset and content design/creation, including design and editing marketing images and banners for use in landing pages, EDMs, etc.
- Creation and execution of marketing campaigns including company branding, online content strategy, social media campaigns and etc.
- Regular performance tracking and reporting during and post-marketing campaigns; Measure, analyse and summarise social media activity and provide data driven insights
- Drive regular social media and community engagement activities, including prompt communication and handling of feedback and investors engagement
- Management and maintenance of the company website
- Support other content and marketing initiatives, including organising events, webinars, website enhancement projects and other adhoc duties that may be assigned

**Requirements**:

- Degree in business, marketing or other related disciplines- Immense passion and boundless creativity to develop visually and mentally engaging content for social media and other digital platforms of the company
- Holistic understanding of retail or social and digital media platforms to support the management of these channels
- Experience in content generation and copywriting for online and social media channels, such as articles/blog posts and marketing messages
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop and/or other similar design programs (e.g Premiere Pro and Aftereffects) to develop creatives
- Experience with related analytics (social, Google, SEO and etc.) and social listening tools, and able to use such data and research for marketing ideas and campaigns to support upcoming business plans
- Experience in video editing and podcast creation a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multi-task, and manage deadlines
