**Responsibilities**:
1. Provide execution-related advisory services for trading clients, offering advice on market conditions and financial market matters. Proactively handle clients' inquiries on trading-related matters.

2. Ensure and facilitate the proper execution of trades for clients in an accurate and timely manner.

3. Understanding all business systems, processes, and procedures

4. Monitor market movements to conduct risk control, oversee customers' risk parameters and margin exposures, and implement measures such as margin calls or forced liquidation when necessary.

5. Monitor and ensure clients' trade activities are always carried out in compliance with internal policies/ guidelines and regulatory requirements.

6. Perform initial diagnosis and investigation of trade rejection, and troubleshoot any technical inquiries with regard to trading platforms.

7. Exception handling of trades during system downtimes.

8. Participate in the development and launch of new product offerings, trading systems, and other ad-hoc projects.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree holder in Finance or business-related disciplines.
- At least 1-2 years of working experience, preferably in the brokerage or financial industry.
- Certifications in CMFAS M2, M5 and M6A will be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive and capable of problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work night/rotational shifts and on SG holidays of finance
- 3 years of experience in trading futures products listed on exchanges
- Multi-asset class knowledge including equities, futures, options, fixed income, and FX products would be considered a plus
- Knowledge of online trading platforms
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- A team player with the ability to work independently.
- Able to communicate in English and Chinese due to frequent interactions with China HQ and Chinese-speaking clients
