Job Title: Casino Dealer (Training Provided | Rotating Shifts)

Job Description:

We are looking for motivated individuals to join the gaming team of a prestigious integrated resort in Singapore. As a Casino Dealer , you will be trained to manage live table games while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. No experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and interact with casino guests professionally, delivering friendly and attentive service
  • Conduct assigned table games in accordance with established rules and procedures
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with players in English
  • Ensure game integrity through vigilant observation and prompt reporting of suspicious activities
  • Shuffle, check, and manage playing cards and gaming chips accurately
  • Maintain accurate documentation and verify game-related records as needed
  • Uphold anti-money laundering and responsible gaming regulations
  • Follow strict confidentiality policies regarding player identity and gaming behavior
  • Support Card Room Supervisors and Managers in card distribution, verification, and destruction processes
  • May be stationed at a Patron Verification System (PVS) kiosk to assist with guest entry checks and status verification

Job Requirements:

Education & Certification:

  • Minimum secondary education preferred

Experience:

  • No prior experience needed – full training will be provided

Skills & Attributes:

  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel, internet navigation)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Quick and accurate in performing basic mental math
  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow procedures
  • Committed to delivering exceptional guest service
  • Able to work well as part of a team
  • Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and overnight shifts
  • Must maintain a professional appearance

Additional Information:

  • Gross monthly salary ranges from $2,700 – $2,900 (inclusive of basic pay, tips, and shift allowances)
  • Eligible for tips and shift allowances
  • 6 rest days per month
  • On-property transport provided for late-night shifts
  • Free meals, uniforms, and laundry service
  • Eligible for performance bonuses and healthcare reimbursements (dental, specialist visits, hospitalization)
  • Weekly interviews available (Tuesday to Friday mornings)
  • Must not be a holder of a purchased annual gaming levy or premium gaming membership
