**Responsibilities**:
Alumni Engagement and Events Management
- This position has 2 key area of focus, i) NBS International Alumni Outreach and ii) Postgraduates Alumni Relations Management.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate postgraduates’ alumni engagement plan by programme to foster a strong and supportive Nanyang Business School (NBS) alumni community.
- Manage the NBS and Nanyang MBA Alumni International Groups, which focus on establishing and maintaining connections of alumni with NBS.
- Develop, implement, and coordinate international alumni outreach activities by region.
- Collaborates with various stakeholders to support and facilitate alumni engagement activities and events.
- Identify opportunities and cultivate alumni volunteers to support the school’s mission
- Support alumni-related administrative matters and events
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree of any Specialisation
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in sales/direct customers engagement/alumni relationship management
- Experiences in managing regional projects or events
- Good communication skills, enjoys networking with people and possess strong interaction skills
- Confident in engaging C-suite
- Good time-management skills to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Team player, pro-active, driven, and results oriented.
- Sound knowledge of IT tools, especially high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Photoshop.
