**Key Responsibilities:
**Talent Attraction & Identification
- Research and understand the landscape of top sources for target student talent profiles: universities, programs, competitions, etc.
- Develop relationships with top student talent through various one-to-one engagement methods
- Serve as the first evaluator of applicants to key roles / pipelines covered and work to expedite further evaluation of top talent
- Manage relationships with partner organizations and universities to build employer brand or gain access to top student talent
- Work with the Branding & Communications function to develop exceptional external content and messaging
**Recruiting Delivery**
- Execution of selection process from phone screen to offer
- Regular engagement of function heads and key hiring managers on intern program and recruiting delivery
**Intern Program Delivery**
- Firmwide Programming: support for events & speaker series, mentor / buddy experience
Engagement of interns to collect best practices regarding talent identification and attraction
- Evaluation: core evaluation systems, manager training, manager evaluation scheduling, preparation of intern offer summaries, closing of intern conversion offers
**Skillset Requirements**:
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Excellent analytical skills, with strong attention to detail and exceptional follow-through
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to develop clearly defined plans of action including deliverables, milestones and a formal tracking process
- Ability to negotiate effectively and use data to influence hiring managers
- Fluency in an Asian language is a plus
**Education**:Bachelor’s Degree
