**Position Title**:Head of Digital & E-Commerce

**About the Job**:AUGUST BERG is currently looking for an Head of Digital & Ecommerce to build, manage and grow the brand’s presence online.

As Head of Digital & Ecommerce, you will have the full responsibility for the P&L, commercial results, growth strategy and all technical aspects for AUGUST BERG online globally (own-and-operated Ecommerce sites as well as Marketplaces), meaning that you will be responsible for all aspects of the business system. Marketing, sales, operations, campaign planning, customer service, and continuous innovation are therefore all elements which you need to take care of on a daily basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The Head of Ecommerce has overall end-to-end responsibility for the P&L, commercial results, and growth strategy of AUGUST BERG online globally (own-and-operated Ecommerce sites as well as Marketplaces)
- Ownership and management of the AUGUST BERG brand identity online
- Technical responsible for all AUGUST BERG own-and-operated Ecommerce sites as well as Marketplaces
- While managing the confirmed ROI/ROAS, configuring AUGUST BERG’s multi-channel growth tactic and campaign strategy based on local consumer behaviour: SEO, SEM, social paid, eCRM, affiliate marketing, referral marketing, push notifications, traditional, mobile native and web, programmatic display, etc
- Identifying and implementing new and innovative ways to optimize ROI/ROAS, including drive & optimize traffic to AUGUST BERG websites and marketplaces as well as developing and improving traffic from the channels
- Work in synergy with the rest of the AUGUST BERG team to identify new growth opportunities and ways in which to improve our online brand reputation and presence

**Role Requirements**:

- A proven track record of driving commercial success forward through disciplined execution of growth activities in Ecommerce from consumer brands
- You have minimum 5-6 years of P&L responsibility
- A strong grasp on direct-to-consumer fundamental KPIs and how to improve them with growth measures over time
- A flexible and a hands-on strategic thinker, who excels at both execution and strategy
- You have Ecommerce experience from SEA, Japan, US and/or UK (both own Ecommerce sites and marketplaces)
- You have strong knowledge on Shopify
- You have a good understanding of UI, UX and web development
- You have experience with working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
