- Lead ideation and prototyping processes for digital concepts from internal teams
- Manage the ideas pipeline, evaluate, and validate submissions through interviews and user testing
- Collaborate with teams to articulate impactful problem statements and design low-fidelity prototypes
- Supervise internal development resources, startups, and technology partners for building high-fidelity prototypes
- Liaise with senior stakeholders and partner with external partners.
- Oversee project management from prototyping to crucial stages
- Establish and manage technology development standards, practices, and processes
- Develop a deep understanding and articulate business opportunities, customer pain points, and challenges
- Stay informed about new and emerging technologies, contextualize use cases to business

**Requirements**:

- Good grasp of latest technologies and their use cases
- Minimum 2-5 years of related working experience.
- Open to exceptional freshers as well

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
