**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Develop, enhance and support Microsoft Navision 2016 ERP System
- Gather and analyse user requirements, evaluate if it aligns with the business process
- Work with end-users, IT team and vendors on system configuration, enhancements, issues, deployment and migration
- Run system checks periodically to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Develop user training programs and manuals
- Ensure system documentation and change requests are kept updated
- Adhere to standard IT processes and work with auditors when necessary
- Able to take on any other related projects assigned by the IT manager
- Self-driven individual, who needs to stay in touch with current technology and trend

**TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in supporting ERP systems and preferably able to do minor coding
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Work independently within the team
