**Job description**
- Assist the manager of the SAC in

**Programme Co-ordination**:

- Provide logistic support for activities and wellness programmes that focus on building the elderly’s self-help capacity including
- On-site active ageing programmes which may be recreational/ social and cognitive in nature sometimes in collaboration with external providers
- Organising and Participation in community events and outings

**Administrative Duties**
- Maintain a daily register of seniors who participate in activities and programmes at the Centre.
- Maintain data for submission
- Assist with money collection, issue receipts, maintenance of petty cash and requisition of centre supplies
- Provide support to the centre cleaner to promote and maintain the cleanliness of the centre
- Ensure centre maintenance tasks are done regularly, eg. Aircon servicing, LEW reviews etc.

**Volunteer Engagement**
- Encourage senior participation and volunteerism through promotion of senior initiated and implement activities and ideas
- Assist the Volunteer Management Executive to engage volunteers to run programmes and activities

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 'O' Level holder or ITE diploma holder
- Any relevant diploma in social services (Example) Minimum “N” or “O” Level qualification
- Physically Fit
- Good interpersonal communications skills
- Team member skills
- Technical Competencies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
