- Conceptualize the business unit's BTL campaign strategy through customer segmentation and targeted campaigns across online and offline channels
- Identify new opportunities (new segments) for the business and formulate new promotions to drive the business's strategy
- Utilize data and metrics to generate insights, optimize campaign performance and conversions, as well as come up with recommendations
- Implement campaigns for acquisition, churn reduction and retention
- Work closely with cross functional stakeholders to support wider business goals
- Manage budget to ensure effective advertising and promotions spend
- Degree in Marketing and Communications
- 5 years' experience in a fast-paced B2C marketing environment
- Proficient in creative development and copywriting for digital ads
- End-to-end integrated marketing competencies
- Problem-solver, result-driven, self-motivated individual who is a team player with strong project management skill and attention to details
