
Personal Assistant Customer Service

Job Description:
1. Provide daily administrative support to the Director
2. Coordinate and liaise closely on appointment arrangement with internal and external parties to ensure timely response to customers
3. Update and maintain customer database in a timely manner to ensure data is accurate and updated
4. Assist in preparation of customer's audit report
5. Other ad hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
1. Able to multi-task and work independently
2. High level of responsibility and accountability
3. Meticulous and attentive to details
4. Good communication skills to liaise with staff and customers
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
