**JOB SUMMARY**
The Workshop Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the workshop operations. This will involve supporting the Operations Executive in organising the daily workshop schedule and associate activities
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Maintaining the Workshop records and databases
- Support the Workshop operations in the submission of technical reports, spare parts, and accessories ordering
- Provide overall administrative support for Workshop operations which includes customer service and spare parts.
- Be the main point of contact for the coordination of administrative and finance activities between the workshop and the Head Office
- Matching invoices against purchase orders and ensuring all invoices are duly signed before sending them to the Head Office
- Responsible for the monitoring and collection of payments from customers
- Responsible for the preparation of daily reports for cash, credit cards, and NETS receipts
- Responsible for the preparation of weekly and monthly workshop performance reports for management review
- Assist in ensuring that all workshop staff adhere to company policies and procedures and promptly report any deviations to the Workshop Management Team
- All other duties as instructed by your immediate supervisor or the management
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 'O' or NITEC in administration or finance
- At least 2 years of working experience in administration or Finance (preferably in workshop operations)
- Able to work independently
- Good interpersonal and networking skills
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
