Within the MBA Programme Management team, the Campus Exchange (CE) Manager is responsible for all aspects pertaining to the CE process. The post holder supervises all CE-related activities on INSEAD’s 3 campuses as well as with partner Institutions.
The post holder is also the most important interface between INSEAD’s two campuses, partner schools and the exchange participants. He/she needs to keep an excellent working knowledge of the Programme Management activities happening on both campuses and is responsible for MBA Singapore visa issues as part of CE process and therefore needs to keep up to date on the various immigration legislations from different countries.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**Preparation & Management of Campus Exchange process**
- The job holder is responsible for all CE related tasks: from collecting admissions data to updating information posted online or managing the actual exchange process (bidding, registration, managing the waitlist).
- To liaise with school administrations (not only from INSEAD but also with partner schools - especially in the US, i.e. Wharton and Kellogg and China, ie CEIBS) regarding academic calendar, information on courses and provides all required information to the student body.
- To present the process to the entire student community and in charge of answering questions.

**Responsibility of IT processes/Development**
- To oversee all IT activities related to the Campus Exchange: Update of information on online platforms, preparation & upload of course and student data. Set up and launch of bidding results. Communication of results and management of waitlists.
- Supervises the process with the Director MBA. This includes balancing the ‘triangle’ exchange (Singapore, Fontainebleau, and other school Exchanges) and generally manages all logístical aspects before and while the exchange students are on campus.
- Responsible for the Distribution Lists, for creating-maintaining-sharing a list of “who is where”, registering exchange students from other Institutions and attaching their courses accordingly.
- Updates relevant computer records (ie grades) and notifies the students.

**Data Processing**
- Oversees all CE information/data provided on various shared drives & platforms across campuses, checking for accuracy and accessibility.
- Ensure accuracy in exchanging statistics when required (rankings).
- Must have thorough knowledge of other MBA departmental activities & exchanges and/or shares relevant information with other functional areas (IT, Marketing/Admissions, CPS, CDC, Dean).

**Visa and events management**
- To manage visa related tasks and requirements for MBA students exchanging to Singapore.
- In addition to administering the CE process, the post holder will contribute to the smooth organisation of the Launch weeks and graduation ceremonies.

**Relationships**
- To ensure smooth processes and maintaining regular interactions with our Partner schools, the post holder.
- contributes to enforcing INSEAD’s reputation as a truly international Institution where Campus Exchange has become an integral part of the MBA experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 5 to 8 years of experience working in an international environment
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong IT skills: Solid Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Demonstrated ability to learn and master new IT tools with mínimal training. Knowledge of Canvas or Peoplesoft a plus
- Proven cross-cultural communications and customer relations skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle uncertainty and change
- Ability to be patient, understanding and kind while remaining firm on non-negotiable matters.
- Strong ability to navigate between process orientation and customer centricity
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize conflicting deadlines
- Excellent team spirit with the ability to work autonomously
- Meticulous attention to detail
