**About the role**:
The successful person is expected to be experts in HR (HR administration and HR compliance), but not opposed to sharing their knowledge on country requirements to help with our newly established entity, improve our processes or design new processes, or jump on a sales call to help close a deal.
**What this job offers**:
Responsible for managing the local employees of our clients in Singapore & serve as our in-country expert for all finance, HR, payroll and legal functions.
This includes:
- Handling all matters related to an EOR (Employer of Record) employee lifecycle as the point of contact for our clients and their local staff
- Support the onboarding of our clients' new hires, including employment contract, payroll setup, and benefit enrolment as per the project requirements
- Respond to client queries and advising on benefits, payroll, expense reporting, and other HR matters that invariably arise for clients hiring in Singapore
- Assist in preparing cost projections and invoices for new and existing clients
- Working cross-functionally with our other teams including Global Mobility, Benefits and Payroll to ensure a smooth client and employee experience
- Supporting with admin-related queries such as employment letters and HRIS administration
- Engaging with the product and operations team to consistently identify automation opportunities within our processes that can scale with Horizons
**What you bring**:
- 4-6 years' experience in HR, dealing with legal frameworks of HR/employment and topics related to payroll
- Love solving problems - you're rarely satisfied unless you've analysed why a problem has occurred and how to fix it
- Are a credible communicator with impeccable presentation skills
- Leave no stone unturned when it comes to strengthening your relationships
- Have project management discipline which is second to none
- Are often described as someone who has high energy and your colleagues love this about you
- Have a strong track record of developing impactful partnerships with stakeholders
