**Assistant Manager - Project Manager **to join their team.

**Tasks and Deliverables**:

- Plan, coordinate, and implement specific IT Infrastructure and Technology & business projects
- Ensure performance quality and cost efficiency of own projects
- Ensure service and response targets are understood and achieved with efficient resource utilization
- Address project demands actively
- Collaborate closely with the Solution Designer
- Act as interface to Technology Domain & Innovation Architects and Portfolio Management to develop the service catalog
- Delivery of IT & business projects
- Progress reports and risk analysis
- Control of project scope and budget and department budget by providing relevant reports on the status and highlighting any challenges to the management
- And any other reasonable assigned tasks.

**Requirements**:
**Experiences**:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in IT consulting (plan/build/run) on infrastructure services.
- Knowledge of business processes.
- Knowledge of project management methods and tools, change, and risk management.
- Knowledge of agile methodology, frameworks, and tools like JIRA, SCRUM, KANBAN, etc.
- Experience in IT Service Management and knowledge of tools (RTC, JIRA, TFS, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Responsible for Performance management/controlling.
- Working knowledge of cloud environments like Azure, AWS, etc.
