This role will lead the strategy, execution plan and alignment between go-to-market and routes to market in a highly collaborative way, leveraging intelligence, account planning, demand generation programs and experiences that delight our customers. It’s all about creating a connected, personalized journey for the customer and making an impact on Zscaler’s growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- Build, lead and coach a high-performing team focused on driving scalable demand generation programs and integrated campaigns and experiences across the APJ.
- Lead the GTM at-scale strategy in GEO and collaborate with the Global GTM marketing teams and stakeholders to effectively execute across segments and regions, to accelerate marketing sourced pipeline and growth, especially acquiring new logos.
- Own a marketing sourced pipeline target and develop a marketing plan and audience profile to execute a mix of scalable demand generation programs & campaigns including cluster-based account marketing, vertical marketing, and cross-sell, up-sell campaigns and programs that will meet or exceed our goals.
- Build, manage, and measure critical launch marketing plans in GEO that align with the Global GTM teams and segment teams.
- Drive scalable events and experiences across the APJ that engage the C-Suite, inform, and educate, and drive meetings, demos, and pipeline opportunities.
- Partner and build strong relationships with stakeholders to create one Zscaler experience with the customer:
- Partner with regional sales and marketing leaders to prioritize target accounts and align marketing plans and execution to increase engagement, new business meetings and pipeline.
- Build effective stakeholder relationships across corporate communications, global demand marketing, product marketing, sales, operations, and the Digital Transformation teams to build an integrated, prioritized GTM plan for the GEO.
- Actively engage, participate, and bring new ideas as part of the extended marketing leadership team.
- Build a performance culture with strong plans, MBOs and insights monthly, quarterly, and annually. Track, measure and refine performance aligned to annual performance targets in partnership with Marketing Operations. Analyze performance and trends to make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Deliver a regular communication cadence in GEO to inform, educate, and drive actions internally and externally.
**Qualifications**:
- 13+ years’ work experience in technology, preferable with cybersecurity tech - Bachelor's degree required, or MBA preferably with marketing, communications, or business management
- Tech savvy and proficient in Google Suite. Knowledge of SFDC, Marketo, Tableau, and other MarTech stack, especially ABM related tools
- Experience in extensive interaction with sales and field marketing teams, working cross-functionally in a diverse APJ environment
- Experience in operating in a shared service (CoE) environment for digital and marketing automation execution
- Accountable for driving results with data and insights, with proven track record driving demand generation and growth. Exhibits strengths in strategy + execution + operations and systems.
- Ability to synthesize insights from multiple resources and perspectives to prioritize and put action in motion.
- Authentic team leadership, coaching and collaboration. We work as an integrated team building great relationships inside and outside the company.
- Ability to project and program management with exceptional organization skills that meets or exceeds goals, timelines, and budget.
- Exceptional written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills to communicate, influence, and effectively convey information at all levels of the organization
- Post-pandemic: Willing to travel within territory approx. 25% of the time
