The Associate Product Manager (Ethicon Endomechanical and Energy Franchise) is responsible for developing marketing strategy and executing on tactical plans to meet business objectives in line with the CREDO and compliance norms. As the brand custodian, and key marketing point of contact your role will involve brand planning, activation, innovation and marketing & communication.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a robust marketing plan for the Endomechanical and Energy Portfolio to achieve business goals and objectives
- Monitor implementation of brand strategy and makes adjustments as needed
- Responsible for product plans to deliver brand competitiveness against defined metrics for the assigned products
- Collaborate with Commercial Education partner to deliver product trainings based on needs of the markets
- Drive implementation of evidence strategy that supports marketing/brand strategy
- Own demand forecasting for the assigned products
- Develop partnerships with medical societies, opinion leaders, consumers, patients, clients and other enterprises
- Assist in the development of short-term tactical marketing plans and longer-term product business plans
- Assist in the daily coordination, implementation and monitoring of marketing activities
- Manage the budget for most or all marketing tactics for a product and have responsibility for the effectiveness of the tactics
- Manage vendors to execute on tactics (Develop marketing materials, work with public relation agency on promoting disease/treatment awareness to the public)
- Generate leads by using innovative marketing tools and mediums such as digital platforms, partnership with medical device manufacturers, conference participation, events, etc.
- Conceptualize and implement creative customer-facing campaigns with focused messaging for surgeons and key decision makers to drive awareness
- Identify and create a network of Key Opinion Leaders and engage with them to build strategic relationships to drive brand objectives.
- Enable sales team by driving high levels of engagement and providing updated sales aid, customer communication material, presentation content and training, as needed
- Implement portfolio management strategy with resource allocation, pricing, product mix, product rationalization, promotion, forecasting, channel strategies, etc.
- Partner with regional and global teams for brand planning, product launches, supply planning, and market-specific support and needs
- Rigorous and collaborative engagement with internal partners supporting pre-lunch, launch and post-lunch stages to ensure excellence in execution and achievement of intended goals.

**Qualifications**:

- University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- At least 4 to 5 years of selling and/or marketing experience in the medical devices industry with strong track record
- New product launch experience in medical devices is valued.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.
- Strong business acuity, strategic and critical thinking skills with understanding of healthcare ecosystem trends.
- Exposure to project management with experience leading cross-functional teams is valued.
- Strong, demonstrated leadership skills, driven by a passion to excel in a customer-centric organization.
