**Responsbilities**:
**Project Management**
- Support the development of the project master program, project charter, and project processes.
- Ensure new data center (DC) developments are completed on time to meet business requirements and customer occupancy timelines.
- Foster teamwork and a collaborative environment to optimize the contributions of all parties involved in the project.

**Design**
- Manage new data center project designs for PT TEKNOLOGI DATA INFRASTRUKTUR (“TDI”) to ensure functionality, reliability, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standards.
- Review and approve design and construction drawings for all disciplines (Architectural, Structural, M&E, etc.).
- Implement DC development processes and engineering design standards and guidelines for new DC builds.
- Review data center risk and redundancy configurations (e.g., single points of failure) and requirements.

**Construction**
- Supervise new data center construction projects for PT TEKNOLOGI DATA INFRASTRUKTUR (“TDI”).
- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure safety compliance with EHS requirements, adherence to the project schedule, cost efficiency within the approved budget, high-quality workmanship, and compliance with specifications.
- Liaise with the Engineering Solutions, Energy & Sustainability, and DC Operations teams to meet project requirements.
- Ensure project contractors comply with Environmental, Health, and Occupational Safety regulations.
- Prepare and approve project construction capital expenditures within approved budgets.

**Procurement & Sales**
- Provide technical and engineering support for procurement and tender processes.
- Support sales teams in engaging with customers to design and customize projects.

**Reporting**
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project progress and expenditures to TDI management.
- Provide regular project progress updates to Nxera HQ.

**Research & Development**
- Lead research on new technologies for data centers to enhance productivity and improve PUE and WUE.
- Drive energy, water, and waste efficiency initiatives, including the integration of green power for new DCs.
- Oversee Energy & Sustainability certification requirements (e.g., LEED, Green Mark).
- Assist the Nxera Regional Development & Engineering team in developing DC development processes, engineering design standards, and guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in data center design, construction, and project management.
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, power distribution, cooling, and redundancy configurations.
- Experience with data center standards (LEED, Green Mark, Uptime Institute).
- Familiarity with EHS regulations and construction safety compliance.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Experience managing contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with regional and global teams.
- PMP certification and experience with energy efficiency initiatives are a plus.
