- Report to sorting hub team lead
- Monitor productivity and allocate resources accordingly.
- Ensure compliance of SPX sorting processes & protocols
- Daily updates on document & sorting quantity. Ensure of documentation of receiving documentation
- Resolving any discrepancies during inbound process
**Requirements**:
- Able to commit to rotating shifts; 5am-2pm, 1pm-10pm, 9pm-6am: Mon - Fri & Sat/Sun (Alternate weekends)
- 1 - 3 Years of experience dealing with external logistic parties
- Possess a class 3 driving license is a plus with > 2 Years driving experience
- Fast learner, comfortable with fast-pace environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Open to flexible arrangements depending on peak seasons and business needs
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
- Proficiency in Excel is not necessary but will be advantageous
