The global Monetization Integrity team ensures users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community. This role will require complex problem-solving skills and a true entrepreneurial spirit working across time zones.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support product development by working with stakeholders, developing roadmaps and delivering user-facing functionality.
- Integrate user research and market analysis into product requirements to transform business processes.
- Manage a portfolio of initiatives to support data analysis within the policy team
- Participate in cross functional working groups to improve system architecture and design.
- Drive user engagement and change management initiatives to ensure that policies are iterated and managed from a data-centric perspective.

Bachelors degree
- Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
- Be able to think and work analytically and critically.
- A self-motivated individual who is able to work independently, and as a team member in a complex and ambiguous environment.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Deep understanding of media or technology policy, policy enforcement, or project management
- Experience working and communicating with international stakeholders.
- Prior experience translating high-level strategy into executable plans
