The global Monetization Integrity team ensures our users have a safe experience while viewing advertisements. They work closely with advertisers to create ad policies, manage content review processes, and more. As we continue to add advertising on our platform, this team is critical in assuring a joyful and creative ads experience for the community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain Global Policy Frameworks and Policy implementation SOPs in the way of complying with Project Implementation needs
- Lead communication both internally and externally, ensure the good running of policy management workflows (Policy iteration, Policy version updates, etc.)
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Policy leaders, Sales, Product and Legal to develop new advertising policies and enforcement criteria, workflows and associated materials
- Collaborate with the global Operations team and other internal stakeholders to improve and maintain feedback loops from front end policy enforcement activities to policy design
- Identify gaps and problem areas in policies and propose revisions
- Provide thought Project Management Capability to the wider MI team, evangelizing cross-functional collaboration and owning a number of shared goals with partner teams.
- Solve issues with considerable autonomy

1. Bachelor's degree or above.
2. Ability to communicate, collaborate and work effectively on a team (verbal and written) in English (along with Japanese language competency as the working language).
3. 3 to 5 years' experience in policy, understanding the formulation of ads safety policy, having working experience in well-known ads safety platform or outsourcing ads integrity team, and having background of legal affairs, advertising, or media is preferred.
4. Excellent skills of communication, coordination, intercultural understanding, cross-team cooperation, and team management.
5. Ability to manage cross-functional teams and people not directly reporting to you.
6. Detail-oriented, patient, and rigorous, principled and able to think in big-picture.
7. Able to work under pressure, with strong work enthusiasm and self-motivation.
