Singapore Integral Ad Science Full time

Reporting to the Regional Managing Director and VP Finance EMEA & APAC, you will be responsible for the FP&A function for the EMEA/APAC region. This will include analysis and reporting of financial performance and trends, preparation of monthly and quarterly management analysis and reports, budgeting and forecasting. You will play a key role as the business partner to the Managing Director as well as the commercial teams in providing quarterly management reports, analysis of key business drivers, return on investment, preparation of commercial agreements and investment cases, profitability analysis and tracking of capital investment projects. You will manage a team of 3 analysts based in Singapore, London and Pune.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a strategic and trusted advisor to the Functional Leaders
- Deliver best in class financial information and analysis to Functional Leaders, providing timely, sound and clear financial analysis of current results that enables strategic decision making for their function
- Help Functional Leaders to submit accurate forecasts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with regional Functional Leaders, as well as local market Functional Leaders, to ensure proper communication of relevant information to maximizing business performance and sound decision making.
- Own and drive the financial budget, re-forecasts, monthly close for each of the Business Function
- Manage the Budgeting and Forecasting process, working in collaboration with Group and regional Finance teams to ensure planning is realistic and balanced.
- Create new templates, evolve and improve existing templates such that the financials can be easily understood, and actioned by the Business Functions
- Continuously improve processes to drive automation, efficiency, prioritization, and cross team collaboration.
- Develop new reporting formats and analytical tools, working with the Global FP&A, to drive improved financial insight and performance.
- Identify areas of cost improvements to help Functional leaders to stay efficient on resource allocation
- Provide ad hoc analysis as required by the Global teams, and Regional Business Function Execs
- Maintain a robust FP&A control environment that adheres to the Group policies and embeds best practice across the business.
- Partner with Global FP&A team to best accomplish goals and in preparing ad hoc reports for management.
- Additional responsibilities and projects assigned, as needed.
