**Marketing Technologies Project Manager**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Participate in meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Assist in creating detailed reports and presentations for various business functions and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather necessary information and insights.
- Support project management activities, including tracking and reporting project timelines and deliverables.
- Analyze enterprise platforms and data to perform key technical tasks.
- Handle administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate student in a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM)-related course or a degree in MBA.
- Prior internship experience in marketing technology is a plus; if not, a strong understanding of marketing is required.
- Currently enrolled in a university, ideally in the 4th year of study.
- Capable of working in a fast-paced environment, with proven ability to multitask and adhere to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical thinking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, especially when working with multiple internal stakeholders.
**Soft Skills & Functional Skills**
- Strong desire to learn and demonstrate professional drive.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with project management software/tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
**Internship Details**:
- The internship is scheduled for a duration of 6 months, with the potential to extend to 12 months based on performance and business needs.
- The role requires a commitment of at least 3-days per week, with standard working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM. There may be occasional evening meetings on an ad-hoc basis.
