**Position Overview**:
This role provides leadership to cross functional teams in the development and implementation of multiple large scale workplace programs, complex projects, and initiatives domestically and globally. Ensures workplace programs /projects and initiatives are completed in line with organizational long-term goals and objectives. Oversees and directs work of cross functional team members, advising team on projects, tasks, timelines, deliverables, and operations.
This work requires using analysis tools, facilitating work sessions, managing detailed schedules, coordinating timelines, consolidating reporting, managing multiple processes, and replicating this work for each sub-phase of program delivery.
Provides financial estimates and analysis for program planning and budgeting. Works with global BU finance leads to plan and execute workplace budgets.
Communicates project/program status, issues, results and business impact to local and senior management. Maintains awareness of industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to ensure success of projects/programs. The role is responsible for designing replicate-able process and scaling tools to be used globally.

**Key Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Provides cross functional leadership on large scale programs or multiple complex workplace projects that affect organizational long-term goals and objectives.
- Provides work direction to team members.
- Will oversee one or more Project Management direct reports and multiple cross-functional teams.
- Identifies and allocates resources as necessary to ensure project/program deliverables are met. Develops, defines, and leads execution of multiple complex programs simultaneously across global workplace.
- Oversees project/program goals and prioritization setting.
- Evaluates and recommends techniques and practices that ensure goal achievement.
- Provides financial input and guidance to yearly budgeting process for global business units and clients.
- Resolves complex problems, anticipates change, and redirects efforts as necessary.
- Works closely with leadership, local procurement, and legal team to ensure plans are developed and maintained as part of an integrated plan; identify and help manage interdependencies across work streams
- Communicates program status, program readiness, and business issues and risks across organization and to management, including senior management.
- Creates and prepares documentation, reporting and metrics.
- Influences and manages continuous improvement of project/program process, practices and initiatives.
- Maintains awareness of workplace industry trends, business conditions and internal processes and practices to meet project/program delivery requirements.
- Maintains and ensures adherence to Workplace Playbook within the Project Management function. Perform additional duties as required to support Global Program Management Office Lead.

**Required Skills**:

- Managing projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, within budget, meeting agreed-upon success criteria) by establishing clear goals and accountabilities; developing project plans and allocating resources; identifying potential issues/risks; and developing contingency plans
- Budget estimating and evaluation for cost reduction activities
- Knowledge of data-analysis methods, including the ability to break down and interpret data
- Ability to lead a group through a process to achieve a desired outcome
- Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines

- Leadership and negotiation skills to influence implementation of programs

**Requirements**:

- College degree required; Master preferred.
- Minimum 7-10 years real estate program management; various backgrounds would be considered.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Real Estate Industry knowledge and exposure.
- Vendor Management expertise

**Travel Requirements** - 40% globally
