7+ years program / project management skills with an ability to develop and execute multiple APJ and global project plans with mínimal supervision
- 7+ years of experience in designing and delivering effective programs focused on sales productivity and effectiveness
- Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, prioritize large workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Strong verbal and written communicator, including stakeholder management skills and the ability to work across business and technology teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage ambiguity with an agile, flexible, “can-do” approach
Job summary
To meet the growing demand for AWS Services around the globe, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. We are looking for an APJ Field Effectiveness Program Lead who is highly experienced in building and managing programs and initiatives that drive sales effectiveness and productivity.
This is a business facing role, working with cross-functional business teams including the sales organization. An understanding of how sellers use tools and processes in their daily work is needed, as well as the ability to translate technical and functional information into actionable field enablement content and activities.

Key job responsibilities
- Build effective APJ (ANZ, ASEAN, India, Japan & Korea) launch and adoption plans for release of new tools or large tool enhancements to core sales systems or business processes, consolidating all available information to produce a clear and detailed roadmap
- Create strategic change management plans that are focused on driving program awareness and adoption and effectively measure impact and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate and partner with the global field enablement and technology teams as well as across the APJ Field Effectiveness organization on the design, development and execution of impactful programs focused on productivity improvement, capability development and transformation of our field & field leader organizations
- Experience working in technology, SaaS, or a company that has undergone significant digital transformation
- Some knowledge of cloud technologies, or of SaaS or subscription-based pricing models
- Building and maintaining partnerships with local and global teams across a diverse region
- Ability to exercise high judgment, particularly in narrow timeframes
- Experience with latest learning technology and frameworks that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of field training delivery and absorption
- Korean and / or Japanese language skills
