**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Conduct thorough background checks and reference verifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Local Polytechnic Diploma / Degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- No experience required.
- Singaporean only.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
