Our client is an American Manufacturing company for fans, lighting, and other electronics. Their specialty is high volume low-speed fans, and they are looking for Regional Sales Executive to join their growing team
【 What you will be doing 】
- Achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Cultivating relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Analyze sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
- Actively prospect sales leads and secure potential new clients.
- Develop and nurture strong client contacts and positive relationships with key accounts.
- Manage daily and weekly activities, pipeline, forecasts, and closed deals to ensure above quota results based on successful pipeline management.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts and retain existing customers.
- Develop a strategic approach to provide smart solutions to customers.

Requirement**:

- Minimum Diploma holder
- Minimum 2 years of B2B Regional Sales experience handling Singapore and SEA region
- Strong connection with neighborhood countries distributors are desired
- Good negotiation and consultative sales skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and result-oriented
- Possess own vehicle is a point plus, but not necessary
- Ability to use CRM (Salesforce) will be an advantage
