**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Talent Acquisition Leadership **Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment for large-scale tech hiring, ensuring delivery of top talent within defined timelines.
Partner with hiring managers to develop workforce plans and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
- **Team Leadership **Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Set team goals, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular feedback to foster a collaborative and high-performing culture.
Act as the point of escalation and guidance for complex recruitment challenges.
- **TA Operations & Process Optimization **Oversee recruitment workflows to ensure seamless, compliant, and efficient operations.
Identify and implement improvements in recruitment processes, leveraging tools and technology to enhance efficiency.
- **Management Reporting **Create and deliver data-driven recruitment reports, dashboards, and insights to senior stakeholders.
Analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, diversity data) and recommend strategies for improvement.
- **Stakeholder Engagement **Build strong partnerships with HR, hiring managers, and leadership teams to align hiring priorities and ensure stakeholder satisfaction.
- **Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline **Collaborate with the HR and marketing teams to enhance the employer brand, particularly in the technology sector.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 8 years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years of experience managing high-volume tech hiring.
Proven track record of leading and developing recruitment teams.
- **Skills**:Strong expertise in TA operations, process optimization, and management reporting.
Proficiency with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools; HRIS experience is a plus.
- **Leadership**:Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead teams in fast-paced environments.
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- **Analytical Mindset**:Experience analyzing and presenting recruitment metrics to drive strategic decisions.
- **Tech Industry Knowledge**:Familiarity with tech hiring trends, skills, and talent market dynamics.
