Regional Inbound Replenishment Manager

Singapore PT. EPIROC SOUTHERN ASIA (SINGAPORE BRANCH) Full time

Overall responsible for inbound replenishment, including LDC, LDC+, RDC, GDC and CC locations (including consignments) within the region.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Regional KPI monitoring
- On time delivery of suppliers (internal & external)
- Staff cost for the regional inbound supply team
- Availability for included WH operations
- Handling time for Inbound ACIGN tickets
- Backorder lines, aging and value
- Other defined KPI’s relevant for Inbound Replenishment in the region
- Inbound supply management for all locations within the region
- Local supplier selection and monitoring based on existing process defined by global sourcing
- Ensure effectiveness of all operational processes impacting the region performance
- Continuous operational process improvement
- Regional inventory management
- Supports project management of regional supply chain transformation projects
- Work close with customer centers, other regions and other functions to foster continues operational excellence
- Ensure effectiveness of all operational processes impacting performance
- Collaboration with global functions and regional process specialist for the development of global processes, policies, and procedures
- People Management
- Recruitment and selection of Inbound replenishment teams in the region
- Active management of the regional teams

**Requirements**:
Academic degree in Business or Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent experience

Minimum 5 Years of Supply Chain Experience

Strong Project Management and KPI Analysis Skills

Special Knowledge, Certification or Licenses in compliance and logistics an asset

Skillful MS Excel user

Thorough understanding of supply chain processes

Thorough understanding of domestic and international sales order throughput processes

Thorough understanding in logistic and distribution processes and compliance

Strong English communication skills both verbal and written

Additional Languages are preferred

Strong and proven leadership skills
