**Position : Inbound travel manager**

Manage and prepare quotations for group bookings in response to enquiries from our partners.

Coordinate group operations, including but not limited to liaising with Hotels, Attractions, and Event Venues and ensuring smooth execution of travel plans.

Collaborate with the sales and operations team to optimize processes and improve customer experience.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with our partners, providing them with accurate and prompt responses to their enquiries.

Collaborate with product development team to design and refine inbound travel packages that cater to various market segments.

Assess potential risk associated with inbound travel, including safety concerns, natural disasters, health emergencies and travel disruptions.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Travel related studies
- Proven experience in inbound travel management.
- Exceptional destination knowledge and familiarity with local attractions.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- basic pay with commission
- Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of risk management principles.
