An Inbound Travel Manager typically overseas the operations and management of inbound travel services, focusing on facilitating and managing travel arrangements for visitors coming into a particular destination or region.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize destination knowledge to craft innovative and captivating travel packages tailored to diverse customer preferences.
- Collaborate with product development team to design and refine inbound travel packages that cater to various market segments.
- Curate detailed itineraries, select accommodations, arrange transportation and curate activities and experiences to showcase destination highlights
- Establish and manage relationships with local suppliers including hotels, tour operators, transportation providers, guides and attractions.
- Negotiate contracts, ensure adherence to quality standards and manage pricing and availability to optimize service delivery
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote inbound travel services.
- Coordinate all aspect of inbound travelers’ journeys, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure.
- Implement rigorous quality assurance measures to uphold high service standards and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections, gather feedback, and proactively address areas for improvement to continually enhance service quality
- Assess potential risk associated with inbound travel, including safety concerns, natural disasters, health emergencies and travel disruptions.
- Lead and supervise a team of travel professionals, including tour guides, customer service agents and administrative staff.
- Provide training, guidance and support to ensure team members deliver exceptional service and achieve business goals. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma in Travel related studies
- Proven experience in inbound travel management.
- Exceptional destination knowledge and familiarity with local attractions.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in travel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of risk management principles.
