**What You’ll Do**- Lead and manage a team field staff in the provision of metering services (install/replace/remove meters)-
- Plan and schedule metering related work activities for contractor partners to ensure high standards of service delivery to end customers.-
- Orchestrate activities and plans in accordance with desired end outcomes, whilst maintaining nimbleness in execution style on a day-to-day basis.-
- Adopt hands-on approach in resolving day-to-day constraints while keeping an eye on the desire end outcomes to ensure mínimal deviation from the planned course of action to deliver the outcome.-
- Familiarize oneself with the relevant regulatory codes and requirements and correlated specifications and requirements and be able to assimilate them to facilitate, review or respond to metering related queries by and from customers / stakeholders.-
- Work with diverse teams (internal stakeholders) to investigate, analyse and resolve issues that has touchpoints related to metering.-
- Work with Procurement and Regulatory teams to perform procurement and budgeting related tasks for metering activity related contracts.-
- Familiarize oneself with the operational SOPs in order to lead and direct investigation of cases related to metering irregularities and analyse available evidence to propose resolution and adjustment methodology.-
- Possess great organizational skills to maintain and ensure documentations related to work processes and standard operating procedures are kept up to date to ensure compliance to relevant ISO standards.-
- Ideate, contribute and implement work improvement strategies with the team to streamline operations and maximise resources to achieve optimal operational efficiency.-
- Facilitate or conduct adhoc training for both internal and external stakeholders on areas related to metering-
- Take active ownership to achieve strong team cohesion and drive through regular communications and initiatives with the outcome of achieving a high-performance team.-
- Administer and execute metering services contracts in aspects such as planning, scheduling, managing customers’ feedback and conflict management.**What You’ll Need**- Degree from a recognised university in relevant technical discipline.-
- Familiar and good at Excel, Word and Powerpoint, PowerBI etc.-
- Competent and excel in working in a functional organisation and at same time being comfortable to manage various stakeholders (in a matrix organisation style) to achieve common goals and leading towards desired and measurable outcomes.-
- Demonstrated experience in contractor / vendor / supplier management-
- Thrive in an environment of uncertainty and working within constraints of available resources on hand-
- Familiar and experience in system / process and business change management.-
- Possess excellent people and communication skills across demographics. Possess strong and sharp analytical skills and plenty of initiative with good organizational ability. Experience in contract management with understanding of costs, procurement and contract matters.#LI-DNI
