We are actively seeking a seasoned and results-driven Senior Building Executive with specialized experience in managing high-profile commercial properties. As a vital member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of our prestigious commercial development.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Conduct meticulous daily inspections to ensure the building is in optimal condition, taking proactive measures, including rectifications and recommendations to the Management
- Security management, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, irrigation systems, lifting systems, car park systems, building defects and repairs, and oversight of fire and safety matters
- Exercise precise control and management over the use of common amenities and facilities within the property, ensuring a seamless and professional environment
- Ensure that property components are serviced regularly by term contractors, adhering to the prescribed schedule and scope of work
- Conduct regular on-site checks to ensure compliance with regulations and prevent any unauthorized work activities
- Coordinate closely with the M&E team to oversee required testing or inspections during unit fit-out and reinstatement work within the property
- Act as a critical member of the Company's Emergency Response Team (CERT) for the property, showcasing your expertise in handling complex and high-stakes situations
- Take a strategic approach to budget control and preparation, specifically tailored to the unique needs of property operations and capital expenditures
- Establish effective communication channels with the public, tenants, and relevant authorities, showcasing your ability to navigate the intricacies of property management
- Demonstrate your proficiency in contract administration and procurement of goods and services, maintaining meticulous records related to property operations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants, attending to their needs and emergencies even after office hours

**The Requirements**:

- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Building or Real Estate Management
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, with a significant focus on managing sophisticated properties
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines
- Initiative-driven with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
