- Working Location: East - Loyang (Nearest MRT: Pasir Ris)
- Working Hours: 5 Days (Mon to Thurs 8 am-6 pm, Fri 8 am-5 pm)
- Salary Package**:Up to SGD 2500 + Performance Bonus**:
- Duration: Permanent
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in preparing and processing purchase orders.
- Maintain procurement records and follow up on outstanding orders.
- Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery schedules.
- Resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
- Track and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely receipt of goods.
- Ensure procurement documentation is accurate and filed correctly.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with procurement policies.
- Provide administrative support to the procurement team.
- Manage the procurement database and ensure data integrity.
