As a pivotal member of the Product Strategy Office, you will play a critical role in driving data-informed decision-making and shaping the future direction of our product portfolio. Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, you will lead the development of robust product strategies, support current product success, and identify opportunities for future growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity for entrepreneurial-minded individuals to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development of product strategies for assigned products, working closely with product teams and senior management.
- Support product teams in preparing for Quarterly Product Reviews (QPR) and drive initiatives to enhance current product performance.
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform enterprise-level decisions regarding the Amplify Health product portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate new product opportunities, collaborating with our internal tech incubator and partnership/M&A functions to bring innovative ideas to fruition.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
- Preferred experience:

- Product experience related to our product spaces, e.g. healthcare, data & analytics, insurtech products such as payment integrity otherwise general technology products
- 3+ years’ experience from top management consulting firm
- Technology experience and skillsets would be a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively present information to senior stakeholders.
- Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to driving positive change in the industry.
