**SCRI**
The Singapore Clinical Research Institute (SCRI) is the national academic research organisation dedicated to enhancing the standards of clinical research, and coordinating clinical trials. Our mission is to spearhead and develop core capabilities, infrastructure and scientific leadership for clinical research in Singapore. SCRI also works with the National Medical Research Council (NMRC) to assist the Ministry of Health (MOH) in implementing clinical trials policy and strategic initiatives to support and develop clinical research competencies locally. In driving towards its vision, SCRI collaborates with clinicians to enhance Singapore’s clinical research and strengthen its expertise in executing multi-site, multi-national studies and the development of regional clinical research networks.

**What you will be working on**

**The Role**:
You will work with a dynamic team to develop and implement business strategies:

- To work with the SCRI Academy team to develop new training programmes that are self-sustainable.
- To transform current SCRI Academy programmes to be conducted in a more sustainable mode.
- To work with Senior Director SCRI to develop new initiatives to enhance the clinical trials ecosystem in Singapore, in particular in the area of talent development.
- To assist other SCRI groups to optimise the use of resources in the conduct and execution of activities.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or equivalent. Additional qualification in a Business-related field will be preferred.
- At least 10 years working experience in programmes management/administration in either the public or private sectors.
- Experience in starting up companies and a background in Finance is necessary.
- Some experience working in the public sector will be advantageous.
- Demonstrated independence to drive projects.
