**Position Overview**:To exemplify and take NTUC’s main driving force that #EveryWorkerMatters to a whole new level, NTUC Club is onboarding a strategic partnership with Ministry of Manpower to run 5 Migrant Workers Recreation Centres (MWRCs).

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Working through and closely with respective RC managers to ensure smooth running of daily operations, such as supervising and overseeing IFM operator, tenants, and security etc. on the grounds.
- Collaborate with Programming & Engagement team as well as Plans to co-develop, implement, and ensure scalability of ground-up initiatives to increase visitorship.
- Perform TOWS analysis of each RC, identifying any nuances, following but not limited to the 3 broad areas: (a) Dorms scene - who to speak to (high influence high interest), any available facilities and engagement, nationalities breakdown of the Migrant Workers (MWs) etc. (b) Work shifts of MWs in a day - know when the MWs are available to come to RCs and their purpose of visit. (c) Dorms’ and RCs’ neighbouring options that attract MWs, i.e., alternatives that distract MWs from coming to the RCs.
- Network; engage existing external partners and identifying potential new partners, e.g., non-governmental organizations, non-profits, social enterprises, and corporates.
- Recruit and build up ground staff strengths and capabilities where needed.
- Ensure established deliverables by stakeholders (both internal and external) are timely met.
- Other duties as and when assigned by the Reporting Officer / Head of Department.

- Keen eye to spot any anomalies on the ground.
- Resourceful and creative to propose possibilities on how Club can propel through unchartered waters, yet humble and receptive to suggestion and direction from the broader stakeholder’s ecosystem.
- Adaptable and resilient with capacity to manage potentially highly stressful situations.
- Quick to react during emergencies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management and leadership qualities to command-and-control ground staff, therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are highly desirable.
