WE ARE LOOKING FOR.....
You will be responsible for assisting the Team Lead in supervising, guiding and motivating the team to ensure timely and accurate issuance of bills and policy contracts in support of Corporate Solutions’ goals and vision.
Drive operational changes to improve the efficiency and controls of Group Business billing and policy admin by working with various parties from office to the back office, which include Corporate Solutions - Sales & Marketing, Corporate Solutions - Operations teams and OSS teams, with the objective to support onboarding process for new businesses and renewals at the same time improve the billing’s turnaround time.
- Act as a deputy to Billing Team Lead.
- Work closely with Sales Head/Billing Team Lead to plan out billing activities and prioritization, supporting the division in achieving VONB for all channels.
- Active new business and renewals management by proactively meeting with BDMs, CRMs, brokers and clients together with team leads to resolve outstanding requirements.
- Manage assigned portfolio, participate and support projects or initiatives efficiently and effectively
- Track and monitor new business and policy renewal and ensure data for billing is received on time
- Set up new business policies and ensure accurate updates of policy setups.
- Provide accurate billing status and quality checks reports
- Provide accurate contract and endorsement issuance
- Attend to walk in Agents & Customers
- Communicate professionally and effectively with clients, brokers and colleagues
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance
- Lead, support and motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Plan to ensure equitable work distribution amongst team members
- Assist in monitoring and managing members’ performance and results.
- Train and develop team members to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Ensure and drive accuracy of the issuance of new business bills, contracts and endorsements and medical cards for all channels.
- Effectively manage and resolve any operational issues and complaints.
- Manage and monitor offshore team for Quality and Efficiency.
- Advise management on anticipated billing issues & recommend solutions for all channels.
- Continual improvement in work processes and review of SOPS.
- Any other projects assigned including company initiatives and CS projects.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Education - At least a Diploma holder.
- Experience
- Minimum 5 to 8 years operations experience in insurance industry
- Fast and Meticulous
- Good organization, communication and interpersonal skills

- Driving process improvement and operational excellence.
