**Embedded non volatile memory development with emphasis on floating gate type (Flash, SONOS, MTP, etc.) responsible for technology bring-up, characterization, reliability, yield improvement and roadmap definition**:
**Your Job**:

- **Lead NVM development on mainstream technology nodes (130nm to 40nm) as process owner**:

- **Perform in depth characterization of NVM cell with device owner or IP vendor**:

- **Yield improvement and qualification for NVM on mainstream technology nodes**:

- **Interact with customers and vendors on NVM product/IP bring-up**:

- **Industrial benchmarking and roadmap definition for embedded NVM for mainstream technology nodes**:
**Other Responsibilities**:

- **Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs**:
**Required Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor/Masters/PhD degree in Electrical Engineering**:

- **10 years of experience in CMOS process development with at least 5 years in eNVM**:

- **In depth knowledge of eFlash device, reliability and testing**:

- **Fluent in English Language - written & verbal**:
