Roles & Responsibilities

Job Requirements

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Good verbal and written communication in English.

Customer Oriented

Independent, self-driven, and proactive individual

Team player with strong leadership, interpersonal and project management skills

Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skills

Basic math and computer skills.

Willing to do shift work

Ability to work varied hours/days, including weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Job Responsibilities

You may be required to perform the store opening and closing process.

Ensure smooth operation of all aspects of store including purchasing of materials and coordinating of deliveries.

Supervise daily operations.

Hands-on merchandise display & ensure timely replenish.

Maintain good housekeeping, security, and work safety.

Inspect incoming material & match with Purchase Order

Facilitate transactions in a retail environment using point of sale software.

Good communication skills to identify customer needs, provide solutions with good product knowledge.

Perform month-end stock take & data entry

Observe workplace safety, security, and health guidelines in accordance with the company’s policies

Handle special request from customer and investigate customer complaints

Ensure store cleanliness, food hygiene, and equipment.

Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, timely delivery, billing, etc.

Ensure regular checks are made in the storage facilities and react effectively and efficiently to any accidents in the store

Carry out any other duties as requested by the company to ensure successful performance of the store.

Take on ad-hoc as and when assigned by Management
