- Act as key support person across all people programmes in the engagement team
- Craft internal communication materials for people programmes initiatives
- Communicate requirements and timelines to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of engagement initiatives
- Work across teams to coordinate and execute the deliverables for each initiative
- Involved in the facilitation and delivery of people programmes
- Assist to identify and build on potential opportunities to enhance our employee engagement and employer branding efforts
- Assist to design initiatives and policies suitable for the programmes based on employees’ needs
**Requirements**:
- Degree holder with at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in people engagement/wellness/inclusion would be an advantage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and meticulous
- Positive, collaborative and energetic attitude
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes
