The customers are the focus of everything we do, and Keeping-In-Touch (KIT) programme is a customer engagement programme where we actively engage our customers via several touch points. Through the programme, we aim to provide our customers with an ongoing positive experience by engaging them and re-connecting them with their advisers, thereby driving business value to the company

**We are looking for someone with**:
- Experience in conducting outbound service calls to provide positive and professional customer experience with service excellence
- Ability to resolve all queries and requests whilst meeting the service level and turnaround standards
- Ability to provide viable solutions to customers in an equitable way
- Perform the ancillary tasks or function to complete the cycle of each call
- Strong engagement in processing and administration tasks whenever necessary
- Capability to drive for further conversions and referrals or take-ups based on company’s focus from time to time
**Nice to Haves**:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience in life insurance sales preferable
- Diploma/degree holder qualifications preferred
- Passion for doing the best for customers
- Attention to detail
- Possess a pleasant and cheerful disposition
- Good communication skills, especially good spoken English and Mandarin to handle English and mandarin speaking customers
**On the job you will**:
- Be able to participate actively in the processes to improve and enhance the KIT programme as a whole
- Involve in any ad hoc support for any other customer engagement or customer experience initiatives.
