TaF.tc is looking for a driven and passionate individual that has the passion to develop and grow alternative revenue streams for the business.

The Regional business development executive’s main purpose is to build TaF.tc’s revenue stream in licensing programmes and selling online courses regionally. You will be the right fit if you had entrepreneurial endeavours or have the innate drive to work in a role that allows you to work as an entrepreneur.

Your role plays great importance in forging the future of the company by helping the company to pivot into new areas of growth.

**Here's What You'll Do Day to Day**:

- Research, study and understand regional markets to identify the best areas of development for licensing deals and online courses
- Carry out execution plan to the onboard licensee and ensure that licensee is able to execute licensed programmes and generate revenue for the company
- Generate revenue from the sale of online courses
- Create a budget and proposal for actions to be taken in cities that have been identified
- Source leads and connects with businesses regionally to spark interest in TaF.tc programmes and initiatives
- Develop and improve licensing packages and workflows to optimise the onboarding of customers

**Key Qualifications**
- Extremely independent and unafraid to develop and test new ideas
- Willing to travel regionally (Asia) for business development
- Able to execute directives from higher management
- Strong understanding of financials in order to manage budgets, track and observe KPIs, and growth rates and predict trends
- Passionate in education and/or fashion industry
- Capable of excellent communication (multi-lingual preferred). Strong written and spoken ability in Chinese and Bahasa Melayu
- Able to work in teams to execute ideas and strategies
- Innovative and able to come up with ideas and strategies on how to push new developments in business growth
