**About La Cura**
La Cura Mobility is an elderly care service provider focusing primarily on providing mobility solutions for the elderly. With customized activities and events, we go the extra mile to ensure that the elderly are well-integrated into our society. We developed our La Cura Fall Prevention Exercise, which has been rolled out to several Senior Care Activity Centres in Singapore. Hence, we are looking for like-minded and enthusiastic trainers to join us on this meaningful journey.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Operations
- Compile to the PPT slides when there are updates
- Brainstorm on gifts for seniors when necessary
- Schedule timings of trainers
- Liaise with finance department for any payments or invoices
- Assist on any operational requirements
- Manage quality assurance programmes
- Strategize process improvements
Sports Training
- Coordinate and conduct the Fall-Prevention Exercise at care activities centres.
- Demonstrate La Cura roll technique and form, observe participants when they exercise, and explain to them corrective measures when necessary
- Design and conduct a train a trainer package for the Fall-Prevention program
- Responsible for assisting in the coordination with the Senior Activity Care Centres
- Obtain relevant feedback from members and participants on the programmes organised for post-event review and analysis.
**Qualification & Requirements**:
- Diploma or Degree in Sports Management or any relevant field.
- Tactful and enjoy meeting people.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Equivalent Work/Life Experience.
