**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate, assemble, and install aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and glazing systems.
- Inspect site conditions, take accurate measurements, and ensure proper alignment and finishing.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, technical diagrams, and specifications.
- Provide customised solutions to meet client requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on completed works to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
- Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of aluminium and glass systems when required.
- Collaborate with production, design, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure proper handling of aluminium and glass materials.
- Follow workplace safety standards and company regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of hands-on experience**in the aluminium and glass industry.
- Strong knowledge of aluminium window, door, and glass installation methods.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documents.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
- Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Safety-conscious and able to work at heights if required.
- Certificate in Construction, Building, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
