Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Aluminium Window & Door Installer to lead and carry out the installation of aluminium windows, doors, and related systems. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to guide junior installers while ensuring high-quality workmanship, site safety, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out the installation of aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and related fittings on-site.
  • Lead and supervise installation teams, ensuring tasks are completed according to specifications and standards.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and installation manuals.
  • Ensure accuracy in measurements, alignment, and finishing during installation.
  • Inspect completed work for quality and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior installers and apprentices.
  • Coordinate with project supervisors, site managers, and clients to resolve technical/site issues.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure proper handling of aluminium materials.
  • Adhere strictly to workplace safety and company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in aluminium window and door installation.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, fittings, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and use installation tools accurately.
  • Physically fit and able to work at heights when required.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Safety-conscious with knowledge of site safety regulations.
