Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Aluminium Window & Door Specialist to join our aluminium and glass solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the fabrication, installation, and maintenance of aluminium windows, doors, and glass systems , ensuring quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. This role requires hands-on expertise in aluminium systems, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver reliable solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, and glazing systems.
  • Inspect site conditions, take accurate measurements, and ensure proper alignment and finishing.
  • Read and interpret shop drawings, technical diagrams, and specifications.
  • Provide customised solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Conduct quality checks on completed works to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement of aluminium and glass systems when required.
  • Collaborate with production, design, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, and ensure proper handling of aluminium and glass materials.
  • Follow workplace safety standards and company regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the aluminium and glass industry.
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium window, door, and glass installation methods.
  • Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical documents.
  • Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment.
  • Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Safety-conscious and able to work at heights if required.
  • Certificate in Construction, Building, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
