**Responsibilities**:
- Support in reviewing and implementing the Company’s workforce planning and training initiatives
- Conduct learning needs analysis
- Source and qualify training provider
- Plan, develop and implement learning interventions, training programs and e-learning modules
- Deliver programs and evaluate effectiveness of training programs and initiatives
- Perform training administrative duties
- Collaborate with business units to forecast manpower requirement
- Conduct workforce analysis to project future needs and develop workforce planning solutions
- Analyze capacity and competency gaps between workforce demand and supply
- Implement solutions to bridge gaps, monitor progress against milestones, and reevaluate plans based on developments
- Participate in key strategic workforce planning projects and initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Degree / Diploma in HR
- Possess ACTA certification is preferred
- Possess 2 years’ working experience in Learning & Development in Curriculum Design, Instructional Design, and Content Development
- Possess Standup Training experience
- Prior experience in Workforce Planning is preferred
- Well-grounded in the theory and practice of Learning & Development, such as classroom facilitation, instructional design, evaluation and assessment
- Proficiency in MS Office and content creation tools eg. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc
- Ability to develop new plans and initiatives, including the use of technology
- Excellent interpersonal, written communication and presentation skills
